The G4-VE model is powered by pressurized dry air. After filling the test piece with air, it waits for stabilization and measures the remaining flow through a micro mass flow sensor, directly indicating the volumetric leakage of the test piece. The leakage is then compared to the adjusted parameters, and the equipment approves the piece if it falls within the specified limits.

It has electronic pressure regulation, making it ideal for testing complex volumes where differential verification cannot adequately stabilize due to thermal fluctuations of the piece and the environment.

In cases where reference pieces are difficult to implement, the derived G4-VF model can be applied with internal reference volume and automatic test initiation system. The product also features continuous measurement mode for a more detailed evaluation of leakage points.
