Developed to manage vacuum chamber testing, using venturi-type vacuum generator or mechanical pump, this equipment is recommended for companies that need to evaluate the quality of batches in their production line, according to ASTM standards in this segment.
Operation: it depressurizes, stabilizes, and monitors the air pressure inside the test chamber for a certain period. After the test, it records operator observations for later data collection throughout the production period. With innovative pneumatic circuitry, entirely developed and manufactured in Brazil, it offers robustness and ease of maintenance, with valves specifically designed for precision metrology systems.
The entire equipment is controlled by a microprocessed board, also developed and manufactured in Brazil, with precision sensors, an intuitive user interface, storage of test results, and connection with PLCs and computers through serial network interfaces or digital input and output connections.
Access control to equipment data and parameters can be done through RFID card, USB drive, or password, depending on the optional features purchased by the customer. Vacuum regulation is done electronically and independently of the operator's action.

*(Dependent on the model)
Using a pneumatic venturi system or mechanical pump, it creates vacuum in a hermetic chamber (which can be dry or wet for immersion tests), with electronic control of the vacuum limit.
This chamber is made of impact-resistant acrylic, allowing the operator to observe the test piece during the test period to detect the leak point through bubbles or the packaged product itself.
High-impact acrylic vacuum chamber, with special seals and connections for internal pressure control;
Chamber volumes: 5L, 10L, 25L, and 50L;
Pressure range: -80 kPa;
Probe for testing vacuum-sealed parts;
Measurement uncertainty of 0.25% of full scale;
Pressure units: Pa, kPa, MPa, hPa, bar, mbar, psi, mmH2O, mmHg, kgf/cm2, or user-programmable unit.
*(Units available depending on the model)
Traceability system in compliance with FDA CFR21 Part11 (electronic records);
The only equipment to perform differential pressure measurement - determining the ideal test pressure (prevents rupture);
Transportation testing (Simulates flight altitude) - ASTM D6653;
Electronic and precise vacuum adjustment for testing - ASTM D3078;
Accredited pressure certificate;
360-degree visibility of leaks in the chamber;
Performs tests on vacuum-sealed (with probe), flexible with MAP, semi-rigid, and rigid packaging.
